Laziness and Ignorance: Fat People’s Trademarks
Is Laziness a Mental Disorder?
Dear readers,
During my three and a half decades in sport, I have acquired a significant amount of knowledge and experience related to physical fitness training. Not only did I compete professionally all over the world for 18 years, but I also had the opportunity to learn about the scientific aspect of physical fitness from some of the best European sports scientists and professors at the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Sport and Physical Education. Having this kind and experience and knowledge is a great privilege and I am thankful to all my teachers, coaches, teammates, professors, and sponsors who helped me by sharing their knowledge, experience, or financial resources so I can train, learn, travel, and compete. As I have said, I have learned a lot but if somebody asked me to single out the most important thing that I have learned about sport and success, my answer would be only these two words:
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Take control of your life and set up your fitness goals. Start working hard and be consistent: day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. Never stop being active, despite the circumstances.
If you desire to receive my articles on the methodology of training, nutrition, and other important aspects of your training process please subscribe to my blog by clicking here.
Thank you.Goran
